The difference between EVA and PE

  1. Appearance: EVA foam surface and cross-section, no pores; PE foam, especially one of the XPE foam and EPE Zhenzhu Mian, the cross-section has obvious pores;
  2. Foam on the way: EVA is used in the mold foam, so the mother is the size of the mold sheet, leaf sheet length is limited; PE is extruded foam, theoretically unlimited length, ordinary coil is generally 300 meters or longer;
  3. Foaming raw materials: EVA foam, the general can be added to rubber, so its elasticity has been significantly improved;
  4. Grade units: EVA foam is generally the hardness of the material grade distinction, PE foam generally to the expansion ratio for the material grade distinction;
  5. Uses: Although both are in the thermal insulation, cushioning lining widely used, but in addition, EVA foam in the shoe, PE in the insulation tube, the relative more advantages;
